A perfect picture of concentration, this little girl was seen laboriously copying down the information about birds on the display boards even after her mates had hurried after the teacher. It was good to see so many schools had brought children over to see the migratory birds at Vedanthangal Bird Sanctuary. She was part of the last group we saw just before leaving.

Yeah you go nerdy girls! 😀 Birds were my favorite topic as a youngster, and in elementary school some of my favorite shirts were those that had birds on them. That would be such a cool field trip. I’m glad you’ve documented the interest of the youth.
